How It Started
A Vision Born From the Industry.
In March 2021, Syteria Williams took a leap of faith and opened the doors to the first Physique Allure location as a medical spa. What began as a passion for beauty and wellness soon evolved into something even greater — a vision to create a place where independent beauty professionals could build thriving businesses in a luxury environment.
Driven by entrepreneurship and a commitment to excellence, Syteria transformed Physique Allure into a modern salon suite brand focused on empowering beauty professionals through beautiful spaces, flexibility, and community. Today, Physique Allure Studios has grown to three locations across Jacksonville, providing private luxury suites for hairstylists, barbers, braiders, nail technicians, estheticians, lash artists, makeup artists, and other beauty entrepreneurs.
Believing that success is built through opportunity, Syteria launched Allure Day Suites — an extension of the Physique Allure brand that offers fully equipped salon workspaces by the hour, half day, full day, or week. This innovative concept gives beauty professionals the freedom to serve clients in a professional setting without the commitment of a long-term lease.
Her mission extends far beyond renting salon suites. Syteria is passionate about creating environments where professionals feel supported, inspired, and equipped to grow sustainable businesses. Through mentorship, innovation, and a dedication to raising the standard of the beauty industry, she continues to build a brand centered on opportunity, excellence, and community.
